Rupal N. Patel is an independent art advisor specializing in contemporary art. Our mission is to help aspiring collectors build strong collections and we strive to integrate our knowledge, flexibility, discerning eye, and technical savvy to fulfill specific client needs in terms of advice and art consultation. Having transitioned from a legal career to the art world in 2010, she studied Modern and Contemporary Art with Christie’s Education and trained with Christie’s Post-War and Contemporary Art in New York. Rupal then moved to Asia to work with galleries in Mumbai, Shanghai and Hong Kong and brings her varied experiences, knowledge about the international art market and a global perspective to the art acquisition process. Having lived in North America, Europe, and Asia and worked in two different industries has given Rupal a unique foundation for creating relationships, providing fine art services, and sharing her passion for contemporary art. Rupal received her Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University, Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law and Masters of Business Administration in Luxury Brand Management from the International University of Monaco. She is a licensed attorney in good standing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and State of Illinois. Rupal is a native English speaker, proficient French, and speaks basic Mandarin Chinese. Actively involved in the art scene, Rupal has been a member of the Young Collectors Council of the PAMM Contemporaries of the Perez Art Museum Miami and past member of the Acquisitions Committee of the Young Collectors Council of the Guggenheim, Junior Associates of MoMA, New York Public Library Benefit Party Committee, Young Patrons of Lincoln Center Gala Committee, and the Social Board of Opening Act.
